About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school setting in Rugby. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with special educational needs, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

You will be working closely with pupils who have a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs, providing both classroom and 1:1 support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assist with the delivery of tailored learning activities
  • Help manage behaviour in line with school policies
  • Support students with additional needs, including personal care where required
