Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and vibrant primary schools across South Warwickshire, and we are looking for dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping early experiences in education, helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Your Role:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to support children's development
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Encourage social, emotional, and communication skills
  • Assist with observations and tracking children's progress
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We're Looking For:

  • Have experience working with children in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
  • Nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic
  • Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • Confident supporting children with a range of abilities and needs
  • Hold a relevant childcare or TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Have, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check
