Your new company Hays Education is looking for caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools. If you are passionate about helping children achieve their potential and thrive in a classroom environment, we want to hear from you.
Your new role
- Provide one-to-one support for a pupil within a primary school setting.
- Assist with learning activities in and out of the classroom.
- Support pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement in learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Support the emotional, social, and educational development of the child.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
