Primary School Office ManagerBased in Great Barr, Birmingham£16-£17ph Your new company A Primary School based in North Birmingham, is looking for an Office Manager to join their dynamic school to cover long term sickness. This is a school which prides itself raising standards and committing to the success of its pupils. The role will be 8am to 4pm and term time only. Your new role Working in a small but busy office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office. This will include delegating tasks amongst the team, finance (processing invoices, bacs etc) and typing letter for the head teacher. You will support in the day to day running of the office from supporting with reception, dinner monies, updating registers and dealing with parent pay. You will take lead in organising the office workload and have a proactive approach in co-ordinating activities around the school calendar. The ideal candidate will be an organised individual with a proven experience in dealing with constantly changing priorities and have a proactive approach. What you\’ll need to succeed You will have recognised management experience in all of the above areas. You will be a resilient individual with the ability to work under pressure and be able to meet conflicting deadlines. You will be an organised individual with the ability to manage different functions of the school as well as excellent communication skills (including written, oral and presentation skills).
