This rewarding role involves supporting young adults aged 16-19 with a range of complex learning needs, helping them access education, build independence and prepare for life beyond school.The RoleAs a Post-16 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students engage in learning both in the classroom and the wider community.
