The predicted salary is between 10400 - 13000 £ per year.

Working pattern: breakfast club: Monday to Friday (7:15 to 8:30).

You will support children of a variety of ages in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where they can learn, play, and develop social skills. You will help plan and supervise activities, encourage participation, and support children's individual needs throughout the day. You will build positive relationships with children, promoting their confidence, independence, and wellbeing while ensuring they feel included and supported. You may also help manage challenging behaviour by using positive behaviour strategies and creating a fun and nurturing atmosphere.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To become a Playworker, you will ideally hold a relevant childcare qualification or have transferable skills.
