Your role will include:

Leading whole-class lessons when teachers are absent, following planned work
Providing one-to-one and small group interventions to boost progress
Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities across the curriculum
Supporting teachers with assessment and pupil progress tracking
Maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment
What we\’re looking for:

HLTA status or equivalent qualification
Classroom experience across different year groups
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A proactive, flexible approach to supporting learning
