We are looking to appoint a committed and skilled Qualified Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a team at a secondary school in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally in alternative provision
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Understanding of SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs is highly desirable
- Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable young people
