We are seeking a skilled and motivated Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join the dedicated support team at a specialist SEMH Secondary School in Urmston. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams to help students overcome barriers and succeed academically and socially.

This school is a community special school located in Urmston, providing specialist education for students aged 11-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or are currently undergoing assessment. The school serves a small cohort, allowing for a highly personalised and nurturing approach to education and support. Many students join this school having experienced significant challenges in mainstream education.
