Level 3 Teaching Assistant - SEN

Location: Rugby Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: September 2026 Your new company Hays Education is working with a specialist SEN school in Rugby to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The school supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and complex learning difficulties, providing a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive. Your new role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them engage with learning, develop independence and achieve their individual targets. You will work closely with teachers to deliver interventions, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and contribute to a positive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to secure a long-term role within a specialist SEN setting.
