Your New Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator or Baby Room Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. You will contribute to a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports children’s development and early learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children’s development through engaging, child-led activities
- Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
