Hours: Full time

Salary: Competitive

Contact: Full Time - Monday to Friday Hours: 8:30 to 16:30

We are looking for caring, proactive individuals to:

  • Deliver accessible, engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Promote positive behaviour, communication, and social interaction
  • Assist with practical tasks such as note taking and organisation
  • Support learners during unstructured times, modelling appropriate social skills
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and achievements
  • Provide personal care, mobility support, and mealtime assistance where required
  • Follow safeguarding, care plans, and infection control procedures

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in SEN, care, or education
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Understanding of safeguarding and learner welfare
  • Willingness to support with personal care
