We are looking for caring, proactive individuals to:
- Deliver accessible, engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Promote positive behaviour, communication, and social interaction
- Assist with practical tasks such as note taking and organisation
- Support learners during unstructured times, modelling appropriate social skills
- Maintain accurate records of progress and achievements
- Provide personal care, mobility support, and mealtime assistance where required
- Follow safeguarding, care plans, and infection control procedures
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in SEN, care, or education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Understanding of safeguarding and learner welfare
- Willingness to support with personal care
