Your new company Hays Education Sefton is a market-leading recruitment agency supporting primary schools across the Sefton Local Authority. We are currently working with a Formby-based Primary School to recruit an EYFS teacher to take on full class teaching responsibilities with their Year 3 class.
Your new role involves full class teaching responsibilities including long-term planning and marking, starting in September.
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective KS2 lessons to students.
- Assess and mark students' work, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A minimum of 2 months' teaching experience in the past 4 years (this can include university placements).
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- You must have a PGCE, QTS or QTLS.
- You must have experience using the Read Write INC phonics scheme.
If you don't have a PGCE, QTS, QTLS or recent teaching experience, you can register as a Teaching Assistant or cover supervisor, provided you have worked with children for 1 month in the past 4 years. We welcome applicants who are currently working for other agencies.
