A well established secondary academy in the West Midlands is seeking a committed Food Technology Teacher to join its Design department on a part time basis. You will deliver engaging, practical Food Technology lessons across KS3-KS4, working within a supportive, well resourced department that values consistency, subject expertise, and high expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality Food Technology lessons that build practical skills and nutritional understanding
- Plan, assess, and track progress in line with curriculum requirements
- Maintain excellent safety standards in practical kitchen environments
- Contribute to departmental planning on a part time basis
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or strong relevant teaching experience
- Up to date Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong subject knowledge in Food Preparation
