As the organisation undertakes large scale recruitment within its Customer Experience team, there is an increased need for reliable IT support to ensure new starters are equipped and operational from day one.

You will be part of a fast paced, supportive environment that values high quality service and efficient operations.

Your new role As a Junior IT Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and equipment needs of new staff across the organisation.

You will be responsible for administering and issuing new IT equipment, managing the return of devices, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
