Interim Internal Recruiter (Remote) Location: RemoteContract: Interim (with potential to become permanent)Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a fast-paced logistics organisation on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-volume Recruitment campaigns across a range of low to mid-level operational and support roles, helping to attract and secure top talent in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume vacancies Source, screen and shortlist candidates efficiently Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Monitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate recordsWhat We're Looking For: At least 2 years' recruitment experience, either in-house or agency Proven experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting Previous agency recruitment experience is highly desirableThis is an interim opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
