Your new role
The school is seeking an experienced and organised Examination Officer to join the team from September. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and distributing comprehensive exam timetables
- Recruiting, training, and managing exam invigilators and support staff
- Ensuring all controlled assessment marks and predicted grades are accurately recorded and communicated
- Coordinating the smooth delivery of both internal and external examinations
- Attending relevant training sessions to support ongoing professional development
- Acting as a key point of contact, liaising effectively with exam boards, students, and parents
