Whether you are an experienced Art Teacher or an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching journey, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
- You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking department, delivering engaging and creative Art lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate students of all abilities and create an inclusive classroom environment where creativity can flourish.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Inspire creativity, confidence and artistic expression.
- Assess, monitor and support student progress.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider life of the department and school.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Specialism in Art & Design
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Art within the last 3 years
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for raising achievement and engaging learners
- ECTs are encouraged to apply
