Hays Education is looking for enthusiastic, adaptable, and confident UK-qualified secondary teachers to join our fantastic pool of supply staff for the new academic year. If you love the buzz of the classroom but want flexibility, this is your perfect fit.
About the Role
These roles are all about stepping in to deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the permanent class teacher. No planning. No marking. No endless admin. Just great teaching, strong behaviour management, and keeping learning on track.
You will cover a mix of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments across Kirklees secondary schools, giving you variety, experience, and the chance to build strong relationships with local schools.
- What You Need
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent KS3 & KS4 teaching experience (within the last 2 years)
- Confidence delivering lessons across a range of subjects
- A positive, professional attitude and strong classroom presence
- Availability from September
