Your New Role:
- Lead the strategic development of SEN provision and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice
- Identify, assess, and monitor the progress of pupils with SEND
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement effective intervention strategies
- Liaise with parents/carers, external agencies, and professionals to support student progress
- Manage and support teaching assistants and SEN support staff
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning for all pupils with additional needs
