About the Role

We are seeking confident and passionate SEN practitioners who can:

  • Support pupils with a range of complex needs
  • Lead small-group or 1:1 interventions using HLTA-level expertise
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and therapy teams
  • Adapt learning materials to support differentiated provision
  • Promote independence, engagement and positive outcomes for all students

What We're Looking For

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working in SEN or specialist education settings
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A flexible, proactive and compassionate approach
  • Fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
