Your new company A diverse Catholic high school based in St Helens is looking to appoint an Exams Officer for the coming academic year. Applications are welcome from candidates looking for interim cover or permanent roles; they can be flexible in timescale for the right candidate to ensure they can start the Your new role The school is looking to appoint an Examinations Officer, with duties to include: Taking responsibility for the organisation and smooth running of internal and external examinations Understanding and following the regulations and requirements of all examinations Acting as the primary liaison between the school and external examination bodies Maintaining the security and confidentiality of exam papers and student data Managing the logistics for examination sessions, including timetabling, seating plans, room booking, resources and staffing Carrying out necessary administrative tasks related to the organisation of examinations Making arrangements for sharing results with students (e.g. results day) What you\'ll need to succeed For this role, prior experience of the school exam processes would be an advantage. You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is essential.
