The Role
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour

- Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies

- Completing lesson planning where required
- Marking and assessment responsibilities on certain assignments
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - for teaching positions not needed for TA and cover supervision work
- Recent UK Secondary Teaching experience
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- Open to working in different schools and trying new environments
Desirable
- Access to a vehicle due to the variety of school locations across Coventry and Warwickshire
- Experience teaching across multiple key stages
- Availability for both short-term and long-term assignments
