Location: Coventry Salary: £106.80 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Contract: Full-Time Your new company Hays Education are working in partnership with a specialist college in Coventry that supports young people aged 16-25 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), physical disabilities, and communication needs. The college is dedicated to helping learners develop their independence, employability skills, and confidence, preparing them for adulthood and future opportunities. Due to increasing demand, we are recruiting passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team. Your new role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support learners both in the classroom and during practical activities, helping them access education and develop important life skills.
