Hays Education are recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support students within specialist education settings across Coventry. This rewarding role involves supporting young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Learning Difficulties, Communication Needs, Physical and mobility needs, and Complex Needs, helping them to access education, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.

Your New Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
  • Support learning, engagement, and classroom participation
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development
  • Assist students with their social and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
  • Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
