About The Role

We are currently recruiting for caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist further education setting in Coventry on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

You will be supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities, both in the classroom and across the wider setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
  • Support personalised learning programmes
