Hays Education are partnering with a specialist education provider in Coventry seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support young people with additional learning needs. This is a hands-on role where you'll help students develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and achieve their individual goals.
Your new role
- Provide classroom and individual learning support
- Help students stay engaged and motivated throughout the day
- Support emotional, social, and personal development
- Assist with life skills, independence, and community-based activities
- Work closely with teaching staff and specialist support teams
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous childcare experience is essential
