HR Advisor (Hybrid - 80% Remote)

Your New Role
As a senior HR Advisor/HRBP, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance across generalist HR matters
- Supporting managers with absence management, employee relations cases, and policy application
- Leading or contributing to project-based HR work, delivering defined outcomes
- Supporting organisational change activities, including restructures and consultation processes
- Adapting to evolving priorities and contributing flexibly to emerging work demands

What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience across generalist HR activities
- Possess CIPD level 5
- Confident handling of absence, ER cases, and case management

- Experience supporting organisational change programmes (desirable)
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work at pace
Working Arrangements
This role offers significant flexibility with 80% hybrid working. The nearest office base is Bradford, with occasional on-site presence required for business needs. We welcome applications for full-time hours but are also open to part-time working arrangements (min. 3 days per week).
