HR Advisor (Hybrid - 80% Remote)

Location: Bradford

Contract: Full-time preferred, part-time considered

Start date and Duration: Role to commence in April and currently to run until July 2026 (potential to extend)

We are partnering with a large, forward-thinking organisation undergoing a significant restructure. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide robust generalist support across a wide range of people-related workstreams to support "business as usual" HR matters during this period.

Your New Role

As a senior HR Advisor/HRBP, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and guidance across generalist HR matters
  • Supporting managers with absence management, employee relations cases, and policy application
  • Leading or contributing to project-based HR work, delivering defined outcomes
  • Supporting organisational change activities, including restructures and consultation processes
  • Adapting to evolving priorities and contributing flexibly to emerging work demands

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience across generalist HR activities
  • Possess CIPD level 5
  • Confident handling of absence, ER cases, and case management
  • Ability to deliver outcomes through HR project work
  • Experience supporting organisational change programmes (desirable)
  • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work at pace

Working Arrangements

This role offers significant flexibility with 80% hybrid working. The nearest office base is Bradford, with occasional on-site presence required for business needs. We welcome applications for full-time hours but are also open to part-time working arrangements (min. 3 days per week).
