Our Bradford secondary school is seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the smooth and effective running of our school's financial, administrative, and operational functions.

About the Role
  • Lead on school finance, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Oversee HR processes, recruitment administration, and staff compliance
  • Manage site operations, health & safety, and contracts
  • Support strategic planning with the senior leadership team
  • Ensure the school meets statutory and regulatory requirements

This position requires availability for two preparatory working weeks in August (w/c 17th and 24th), followed by a full-time start in September.
