Your new role As Year 6 Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 6 class. Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive. Prepare pupils effectively for end-of-key-stage assessments and their transition to secondary school. Set high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development. Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data effectively to drive attainment. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.What you'll need to succeed Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6. Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong subject knowledge. It is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
