Your New Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support children within an EYFS setting, working closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Duties may include supporting pupils 1:1, assisting small groups and helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically. For this position you will need to either have transferable experience, e.g. school/care background, or a teaching assistant qualification.
