What You ll

Doing: Supporting secondary-aged students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges to re-engage with learning.

Working across a range of Sheffield schools and specialist education settings, including environments focused on behaviour support, emotional regulation, and personal development.

Providing targeted one-to-one or small-group support tailored to individual needs.

Assisting with classroom routines, behaviour de-escalation strategies, and day-to-day learning activities.

For: Experience working with secondary-aged children or young people with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, or additional support needs.

A background in care or support roles, such as social care, youth work, mental health support, health and social care, or similar.
