The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students within lessons across a range of subjects. Work alongside teachers to help deliver engaging learning activities. Provide one-to-one and small group support where required. Assist students with additional learning, behavioural or SEN needs. Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Build strong relationships with students, staff and parents.What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from candidates who have gained experience within the last two years in:✅ Secondary schools supporting students aged 11-16✅ Primary schools or other educational settings✅ Youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or children's services✅ Residential care, supported living or care settings supporting adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN)✅ Other child-related environments where you've supported learning, development or wellbeing Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, caring and resilient approach. The ability to build positive relationships with young people. Confidence managing behaviour and supporting engagement.
