What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, and more)
  • Helping pupils access learning and build independence
  • Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
  • Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine
  • Making every day rewarding - for you and your pupils!

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non-school settings welcome!)
  • A caring, patient, adaptable approach
  • Confidence supporting students with a range of needs
  • An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through Hays)
