Your Role

We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities across a variety of schools. As a supply Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils in ways that suit your strengths - whether that's:

  • Supporting the whole class alongside the teacher
  • Leading small group sessions to boost core skills like reading
  • Providing 1:1 support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Every day is different, and your adaptability will help you thrive in diverse school environments.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds. You'll need:

  • At least 20 days' experience working with primary-aged children in the last 2 years (e.g. in schools, youth groups, sports coaching)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Ideally, a relevant qualification - but this isn't essential.
  • A good understanding of the English National Curriculum
