We are recruiting for a full-time Special Educational Needs TA to work with a Year 10 pupil who has a combination of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) and visual impairment. This pupil requires consistent, personalised support to access the curriculum and manage complex behaviours that may arise due to sensory sensitivities, changes in routine, or social challenges. While recent progress has shown improved engagement and peer interaction, a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant is essential to help him thrive both in the classroom and during offsite learning activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support tailored to the pupil s individual needs. Implement behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation techniques. Support access to learning across all subjects, including community-based and offsite activities.
