A large, well‑established organisation with a diverse estate is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Domestic Gas Engineer to join its in‑house maintenance team. The organisation is committed to delivering a high-quality facilities service, ensuring safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environments for a wide range of users.

As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. You will carry out a full range of domestic gas, heating, and plumbing works, including repairs, servicing, and new installations.

You will also play a key role in water hygiene and compliance, including temperature monitoring and Legionella control tasks. Working as part of a multi‑skilled maintenance team, you will be expected to support colleagues outside your core trade when required and maintain a strong customer‑service focus.

The role includes participation in an out‑of‑hours call‑out rota (approximately 1 week in 8), for which additional compensation will be provided.
