Weekend Support Worker – Winchester

Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Hours: Weekends only – 07:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
Support Ratio: 2:1
Salary: 13.86 – 14.50

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care routines
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Supporting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Creating a warm, respectful, and engaging environment

What We\’re Looking For

  • 6 months experience in care or support work in the UK.
  • Driver or able to get to the service via public transport.
  • Right to work in the UK: Please note we do not offer Sponsorship.
  • DBS in the Update Service for a quick start, but don\’t worry, if not, we will process you a new one!
  • Reliability and flexibility for weekend shifts
