Coventry City Council is seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager to join our Children We Care For Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers, ensuring children and young people receive the highest quality care and support.
You will play a key role in care planning, safeguarding, and achieving permanence for children in care, while driving operational improvements and fostering a learning culture within your team.
