Job Description
You'll manage all incoming enquiries, monitor email and Logit requests, and ensure tasks are allocated, progressed and closed efficiently.\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nDelivering a welcoming, customer‑focused reception service from 8am-5pm.\\nManaging helpdesk activity, including triaging, prioritising and responding to email and Logit requests.\\nOperating the QFM and financial systems daily to raise, allocate and monitor work orders and PPMs.\\nMaintaining strong communication with engineers, management, and client representatives via email, phone and Teams.\\nProducing daily/weekly reports and keeping accurate, up‑to‑date contract documentation and financial records.\\nSupporting SLA and KPI delivery through proactive task management and workflow coordination.Assisting with switchboard calls when required and providing general organisational support to the wider team.\\nThis is a role where you'll be right at the centre of operations – balancing customer interaction, admin precision, and real‑time coordination.This is a maternity cover role starting in November (potentially earlier), with the possibility of extension beyond 12 months.\\n\\nWhat you'll need to succeed \\n\\nTo excel in this position, you'll bring:\\n\\nA good standard of education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.\\nStrong IT skills, including confident use of Word, Excel and Outlook (PowerPoint desirable).\\nExperience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within reception, helpdesk, facilities or service coordination.\\nExcellent verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.\\nA highly organised, self‑motivated and systematic approach, with strong attention to detail.\\nThe ability to prioritise effectively, stay calm under pressure and deliver results within time and quality standards.\\nA team‑oriented attitude combined with the confidence to work independently when required.\\nYou'll be committed, reliable, discreet, and motivated to deliver outstanding service consistently.\\n\\nWhat you'll get in return\\n\\nYou'll join a supportive and professional team where your contribution is central to the smooth running of the contract.
