This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or qualified tax professional seeking a highly advisory-focused role with exposure to a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, high-net-worth individuals and complex transactions.
Your new role Working closely with experienced tax specialists and partners, you will support clients across a broad range of tax matters, with a particular focus on Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs), private client advisory, restructuring projects and transaction-related work.
You will be involved in a varied and interesting workload, including: Providing tax advisory services to owner-managed businesses and their shareholders.
Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on personal tax planning matters.
Supporting on inheritance tax (IHT) and succession planning projects.
Assisting with corporate restructures, group reorganisations and business planning initiatives.
Working on company sales, acquisitions and other transactional tax assignments.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
