Your new company is an established Practice, with over 60 years' presence in the region and a network of offices, looking for an Auditor Senior who has ambitions to become an Audit Manager. The Practice has a diverse portfolio of clients and prides itself on delivering exceptional audit & accounting services.
Your new role involves leading audit engagements, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the strategic direction of the audit team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage audits from planning to completion.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and procedures.
- Contribute to business development and client retention efforts.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a practice-based audit role.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple audit engagements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience of Charity accounts would be preferential, but not essential.
