About the Role
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, transparent audits that clients and stakeholders can rely on. You will work closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners, taking ownership of assignments, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing the financial performance of your portfolio
- Delivering assignments within agreed budgets and timescales
- Ensuring audits are staffed appropriately and delivered to high quality standards
- Identifying opportunities for additional billings and supporting business development activity
- Coaching, developing and motivating junior colleagues
- Supporting recruitment, resource planning and wider team initiatives
- Acting as an ambassador for the firm at internal and external events
