Your new role
As Group Internal Audit Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the internal audit strategy across the organisation. Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead and manage a portfolio of audits across multiple business units, ensuring robust risk management and compliance frameworks are in place. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end internal audit assignments, from planning through to reporting and follow-up
- Identifying and assessing key business risks and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
- Delivering insightful, value-adding recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Supporting the development and execution of the group-wide audit plan
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and senior management
- Contributing to continuous improvement of internal audit methodology and processes
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be ACA / ACCA / CIA qualified (or equivalent)
- Have significant experience within internal audit, either in practice or industry
- Possess strong knowledge of risk management, governance and control frameworks
