A high growth, international project business responsible for ultra-high-end property development projects, from residential to hospitality. These projects are delivered globally with main operations in Dubai, Europe, and the US. The business offers design services and invests in their own projects.
Your new role involves reporting to the FD and taking ownership of commercial finance operations. This role includes a mix of FP&A, Data, Corporate finance, Treasury, and Business Partnering. It involves workflow management of 3 management accountants and close collaboration with the Financial Controller and local finance business partners on projects.
- Review of budgets and forecasts
- Ownership of operational and strategic model
- Business partnering with operations on site and global level
- Cost analysis and cash flow
- Analysis of all financial information from the portfolio and operations
- Project work alongside operational Directors
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience working in industry and a desire to contribute to a growing business. Demonstrable managerial experience, whether from practice or industry, is essential. Experience driving change in an FP&A function would be highly desirable.
This role plays a crucial part in the growth of the business, allowing you to take ownership of key reporting requirements and commercial analysis. There is a clear development plan to become Head of, making it suitable for ambitious professionals. The company also offers a flexible hybrid model.
