I'm currently working with a fast-growth Urban Developer, and they are seeking a recently qualified Management Accountant to add value to the company and its global client portfolio. It's a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA to join a developing company growing on a global scale.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and ad hoc reports.
- Preparing and reviewing cash flow projections / forecasts.
- Acting as liaison with auditors, providing financial data and information as required.
- Working with project and operations teams to ensure effective financial management of the business.

What you will need to succeed
You'll be a Newly Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA) with proven experience as a management accountant. Ideally, you'll have confidence with Xero or Netsuite and experience with multi-currency reporting and project accounting, but not essential. You will have a commercial mindset with strong technical understanding and confidence to challenge the status quo.
