This role sits within their International Tax group, advising some of the world’s largest and most complex multinational organisations. The Role
You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of UK listed and multinational clients, supporting them on a wide range of international tax matters. The work is varied, challenging and commercially impactful, covering areas such as:
- Multi-jurisdictional tax structuring
- Business reorganisations and international expansion
- Operating model redesign
- Cross border transactions and due diligence
- Tax controversy support
- Responding to global tax policy changes, including BEPS 2.0
You’ll play a key role in delivering technically excellent advice, collaborating with specialists across the UK and overseas, and supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality international tax advisory services to support clients’ commercial objectives
- Managing complex advisory projects, including structuring, refinancing, reorganisations and tax authority enquiries
