Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Hounslow

Your new company A leading international organisation operating within a fast-paced, multi-site environment is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its finance leadership team based near Heathrow.This is a newly created, highly visible role offering genuine influence across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders and support functions to drive performance, challenge decision-making and shape strategic direction.If you're looking for a role that combines commercial finance, business partnering, strategic planning and leadership exposure, this is an outstanding opportunity. Your new role As FP&A Manager, you'll be at the centre of the business's planning and performance agenda, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, business case evaluation and performance analysis across multiple business units. You will manage a team of two Financial Analysts and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in influencing operational and financial decisions through insightful analysis and commercial challenge. What you'll need to succeed ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification Proven FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting budget and forecasting processes The confidence to challenge, influence and hold stakeholders accountable A proactive approach to process improvement and automation The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences What you'll get in return A genuine progressive opportunity within a growing business with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
