Your new company is a London based high-end property investment and management business with a large portfolio of live projects in the UK. They are looking to scale up their in-house functions to cope with the commercial demand of the business.
Your new role is a newly created important position, reporting to the Finance Director, with exposure to the Ops Director, providing great, broad exposure for candidates looking to develop hands-on experience.
Duties:
- Management or reporting for a portfolio of projects
- Ownership of management reporting process
- Creation and delivery of budgets and forecasts
- Production of year-end accounts
- Working closely with the commercial team, business partnering on cash flow and project delivery
