With a strong pipeline of confirmed projects and increasing turnover, they are entering an exciting phase of expansion. To support this growth, they are seeking a proactive and driven individual to help scale their finance function and bring innovative ideas to the table.
The Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller to take the lead of a finance team comprising four non-qualified professionals. You\’ll play a key role in modernising the finance function, driving process improvements, and mentoring team members. This hands-on role also offers the chance to collaborate closely with the MD and project teams, contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth.
What You\’ll Need to Succeed

ACCA or CIMA qualified
Strong attention to detail
Proven experience in team leadership, with a focus on mentoring and supporting junior finance staff
Broad experience in statutory and management reporting
Background in construction or multi-site environments is advantageous.
